Looking for TP-32 autopilot connectors

Hi:

I have two small boats set up for TP-32 autopilots. I also have a TP-10. I would like to source the TP-32 connector such that I could install one on the TP-10 wire and plug in to the TP-32 deck socket. Anyone know the generic name for these connectors such that I could order one from a place like digi-key?

I could of course install a different kind of connector set for the TP-10, but I would have to buy and install two sets of parts, so even if the TP-32 connector costs $100, it is still the better idea.

I work for a huge billion dollar company and we have held Navico reps in choke holds trying to get additional TP connectors. Two words for you...

Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. You know your customer has two boats and you know your customer does not like to steer either boat. Do you allow your customer to:
A. Use one AP on two boats
B. Do you force him to buy two AP
C. Find a different wiring solution

A. Company just cost itself a sale. Possibly thousands of sales.
C. Buying waterproof plugs and rewiring stuff isn't for most people.
B. Ultimately, customer gets what he/she wants and company gets what they want.

The thing is, I have already purchased two for 2 boats, plus one of the boats came with a TP-10.

I have fulfilled my side of the bargain.

What I actually have is one working TP-32, and the only reason it works is I cracked it open and fixed it as the loctite failed on the actuator, and the shaft was rotating off the pin.

The second TP-32 has failed electronically such that it will work for a while and then drive the actuator full in or full out.

The status of the TP-10 is unknown as I have never tried it.

I would not be looking for connectors if, with total running time of under 200 hours on these two new units, they had somehow managed to both stay working.

Someone at Defender said I could get a deck socket for about $150, but seemed to think that the mating connector was not available.

Is it really unfair of me to expect more here? I feel ... so used.

I rate the Simrad autopilots zero stars out of 5.
