Re: Looking for B&G H1000 displays

I have one spare B&G H1000 digital multi-display. It is fully functional. Being these are so rare, and my only spare, I'd like $500 USD for it.

Let me know.

Sounds like post hurricane price gouging to me...

Oh since this generator is rare, and all I have is 1 spare... Almost double that original price.

Re: Looking for the display rotary course control knob for a B&G H1000 (autopilot)

I need a rotary course control knob for a B&G H1000 autopilot. The rotary course control knob is about 30mm in diameter. Problem is that the B&G H1000 is obsolete and none of the B&G dealers in Spain, Ireland, UK or USA seem to have a spare rotary course control knob. Of course, I've been on EBAY and when one of the display units comes up for sale they want you to buy the entire unit for $1000 plus - a lot of money just to get a simple control knob. And, of course, one can adjust the course by imply rotating the peg that once held the control knob and this works but it's just (how can I put this?) not elegant.

Any ideas?

Re: Looking for B&G H1000 displays

Myles is a good suggestion but I tried them about 2 weeks ago - didn't have one. Wouldn't hurt to try them again. Thanks
