Linux & signalk on win10

Windows10 now has linux command line apps in the app store, I went for Debian. Actually quite nice having an easy to get at linux available.
Then ISTM much easier to install signalk , just follow the rpi instructions, I couldn't get avahi working but it doesn't really matter.

ebian wouldn't run first time so after some google pasted this into powershell running as administrator

"Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux"

Then install sigk.

Might b of interest to ..... maybe no one
