Lap top and guages

I would like to be able to feed all my electronics to my lap top then to a flat screen. My goal is to eliminate all the clutter of gauges in my nav station and have only a laptop feeding to a flat screen. If I can have navigation software on the laptop as well as, If possible? fuel gauges, temp gauges. wind etc. even auto pilot. Bluetooth would be great. What items do you have on your laptops? and what is available?

Probably possible, but I guess people will want to know what instruments you are using.
