This is Kenwood's marine SSB transceiver which is quite a good radio. I have two of them at the moment.

Normally, these sell for a lot more. Does this one work? What kind of shape is it in?

BTW, the antennas are likely to have little value but no matter: antennas are easy.

Is there an automatic antenna tuner as well, maybe the matching KAT-1 or MAT-100?

Bill

Re: Kenwood TKM-707 SSB Radio Telephone ??

Hey Bill, appreciate the response. The unit appears to be in pretty good shape except that the microphone connection wiring is bad and the connector itself is showing some corrosion and not unscrewing by hand . I can also see a little bit of corrosion at the headphone jack.
I just finished a thread from 2011 so I'm learning a bit (great info there btw...Thanks!) I have to ask the seller if she has an automatic tuner as you mention. Thanks for the heads up on the antenna.
