Joint Typhoon Task Force Error

By far, my cell phone and ability to look at data on typhoons is most important electronics aboard.

I changed phones, and can no longer see graphics on site:

jtwccdn.appspot.com/JTWC/

All I get is error
Error: The API call datastore_v3.Put()

This is only site I can't see images. Japanese site allows pictures but not as relevant to my area.

Ideas?

Phone is Android and I tried both browsers that came with phone.
