Iridium satphone, Sidekick, Windows, WL2K Airmail

Hi, A Boat I am sailing on has an Iridium satphone with OCENS Sidekick wireless router. As I understand it, the OCENS software makes the dialup network connection through the satphone and establishes a connected wireless network.

I want to use the WL2K Airmail program (my laptop) without using the OCENS software.

Is there a way to initiate the dial data call through Windows when connected wirelessly to the Sidekick wireless router?

Thanks
Don
