Icom M710 to EM-101 pin assignment

If anyone owns an IcomM710 with EM-101 microphone and can spare 5 minutes - please unscrew the mike lead connecting to the M710 and let me know how the 4 wires are connected!
There are 4 wires - yellow, red, black and a screening wire wrapped around the yellow wire. To which pins do these wires connect?
The manual does NOT refer to the colour coding, so is of no help...
Many thanks in advance!
