Icom 802 Rebuild Required

Okay I have an Icom 802 HF radio, back in 2008 after a nearby lightning strike I lost the Higher frequencies this was repaired in Fiji by cutting the boards where needed and jumping new relays in place. Earlier this year it failed again and this time was sent to ICOM Australia where the offer to rebuild was more than a whole new set.

What I am after is if anyone knows where you can get new boards at a reasonable price, there are three in the unit but I only need the first 2 but if getting 2 then I might as well replace the lot.

I don't have an answer for you but there are actually 5 boards in the 802. The main board, DSP board, PA board, filter board and PLL board. Lightning can cause lots of "hidden" damage to electronic components. I repaired an 802 earlier this year that was damaged by lightning and Iv'e had it back to the shop 3 times for more repair work. Have you tried Icom for the boards? I buy individual components from them but never a full board.
