Hooking up a raymarine connector ST850 airmar sensor to NMEA2000

Hi there,

There was a sale on an ST850 speed transducer that airmar makes, but it came only in Raymarine connector ends. I bought it thinking I could splice on a NMEA2000 connector but the colours don't match

The colours on the thing are
Green
White
Bare
Brown
Red

Which don't seem to match with the Raymarine Seatalkng standard either! Am I screwed?

Hi You can find the wiring diagrams here http://www.airmartechnology.com/mari...ch.asp?q=ST850 If you have got a analog one you can use a garmin GST 10 https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/shop...prod35610.html to convert the analouge signal to NMEA2000. I have done it with a B&G ST850 with success /Jimmi Denmark
