Help identifying Instrument Manufacturer
The below photos are of a electronic compass and knot meter using a small puck GPS (not pictured) Can anyone help with Manufacturer. Also need some help with what appears to be a load or dropping resistor (s) in line with 12 v switch looks like heat sink or something (last photos)
