Help for Autohelm ST 7000

I was interested to see the threads posted about problems with an Autohelm ST 7000.

Our boat is 1994 and presumably the unit was fitted from new. The head at our internal helm works perfectly well but the external helm has stopped working. I am therefore looking for someone who can repair the unit or alternatively I am wanting to purchase a replacement head. I am currently berthed in Turkey but I am returning to the UK in December and can bring the unit back with me.

Our second problem is that when the rudder adjusts it is very noisy. How do I describe the noise? I'll try woo-woo. Is this normal? Can anyone advise?
