GPS dual-antenna compass heading sensor

Hi are there any affordable dual-GPS based NMEA heading sensors out there? Looking for a solid state 10Hz output tilt compensated compass with no calibration required, something like this http://www.canalgeomatics.com/produc...asheet_377.pdf but maybe based on Arduino?
