While I cannot help you with the NN3D issue, I can help with Furuno contact.....
Actually, in the few instances I've had contact with Furuno directly, I've found them to be pretty responsive.....
In my experience Furuno has very nice customer support, although some may think old fashioned since it is human, telephone based......but I like it...
Even if they're busy and cannot take your call on the spot, if you leave a message they will call you back....
Late last year, I needed some paper for my FAX-408, and except for e-bay was not finding any.....a quick phone
call to Furuno and I had the paper in my hands in a couple days and cheaper than I found it on ebay....
What I'm trying to imply here is that e-mail requests may get overlooked, but they will respond to phone
So, if you have access to a phone, give them a call and you should get some answers...
Here in the US, I've found both the Denton and Camas offices to be helpful, with Camas handling more of the commercial
product support and Denton having more of a recreational marine
