I have a eee 901 and love it runing linux and all of the window under wine.

It's all about perspective: "That's huge! Go stand next to that!"

I made a little extra money this summer, so to help out with classes(wink wink) I decided to buy a 900 model. They had the 900 discounted to 450 with a rebate this month. I'm glad I got it instead of the 700. I like the 700 price, but even the 900's screen is TINY. I can get almost 3 hours out of the battery WHILE USING IT which Isn't bad considering I've never had a computer that could do more than 2 1/2 hours just sitting there.

I LOVE the size. I can almost put this thing in my pocket. The keyboard is a bit tiny, but I'm starting to get used to it. It'd be great for women with tiny hands and purses to carry it in. Still, not bad for the guys either.

It's taken a bit of work, but I've finally gotten everything I want(at the moment) installed on it. They did a decent job with the default software, but there were still a few things I had to add myself, and not all of it was as simple as it should be. Still, I like challenges.
