Daft navionics question?

As the subject says

Can you only use navionics charts in raymarine plotters? I have an E80 classic.

Re: Daft navionics question?

I have navionics charts in my Lowrance plotters. The Navionics gold sd micro card that came with my Lowrance Elite 5 plotter works in that plotter, but my Lowrance 7" HDS Gen2 plotter doesn't recognize it. I have a Navionics Platinum sd micro that I bought separately that works in both plotters, and will work in several other brands, too, including,I believe, Raymarine plotters that have an SD/SD micro card slot.

I tested the cards ( the plotters are on two different vessels) because I heard that the bundled cards don't mix well with others, and unfortunately this proved to be true.
