The new Raymarine
a,c&e series will come with two sets of NMEA
as part of the power/data cable, first set is NMEA
IN AND OUT, second set is NMEA IN ONLY.
Set the correct baud rate on both devices and youre good to go.
The SH GX2150 would better suit the first set of NMEA on the Raymarine
a,c,eSeries and give you both GPS
to the radio
from your new Raymarine aSeries, and receive AIS
from the Gx2150.
When using the Gx2200 since it has both GPS
, you'd be better off to use the second set NMEA IN ONLY on Raymarine aSeries to receive AIS from the GX2200 leaving the first NMEA set of IN&OUT on the aSeries for future two way use to another device etc....
