Choice of autopilot for Beneteau Oceanis 311 twin rudder

I am interested in fitting an autopilot to my Beneteau Oceanis 311 with twin rudder (lifting keel).

I would prefer a mechanical (linear) drive but understand there may be difficulty siting the drive.

Has anyone experience of fitting an autopilot to this boat?

Are wheel pilots more robust and reliable than they used to be?

The Raymarine MkII is very reliable for a boat of that size.
