Channels for a ICOM 710

I have bought a second hand ICOM 710 Marine SSB. It came loaded with a lot of channels that included ones that are US only. For the next 2 years I will be sailing in the Med.

Can anyone send me or point me to a list of sensible frequencies to install for where I will be sailing?

According to Noonsite:

Mediterranean Cruisers Net (MedNet), 6516 kHz at 0530 UCT. For the Mediterranean cruising season (normally commences in April). Open for cruisers from Greece to Gibralter to give position reports, discuss weather and to share any other useful information.

Local Aegean informal, 4417 kHz at 0800-0900 local time.

Greek/Turkey informal, 6224 kHz at 0500Z, Channel 6A and on 12353 kHz at 0645Z, Channel 12A.
