Capilano Rudder Indicator Problems - barely indicates rudder movement

I have an older Monk/Vic Franck 42" with a W-H Autopilot HD AP-2R. The Capilano Rudder indicator barely indicates rudder movement. I can see that the needle moves slightly to the Port or Starboard when hard over but it does not use the full swing of the indicator.

Does someone know if there is an adjustment I need to make back at the RAT?
