Can I wire a broken Standard Horizon MD50 Multidata to a Raymarine ST60 Tri-data

Hello members,
I have a broken Standard Horizon MD50 Multidata instrument. The transducers were working fine and the instrument went crazy and will only now show dashes.
I have a ST60 Tri-data instrument, does anybody know if I can use the existing to connect to the ST60 and to show accurate readings. The Airmar cable seems to be the same serial number. With thanks. Alan

Transducers are 2 wire, signal and ground. As long as the frequency is the same just splice the wires together. Manuals should have the pin out for wires

Yes there is nothing special about either of them. Simply cut off the plugs on the transducer cables, crimp on some 1/8" spade connectors, and plug them in.

Odds are good that the wire colors on your current transducers will match the colors on the back of the ST60. If they don't, let us know.
