Best Sonar for shallow waters?

We are looking for sonar that will help us moor alongside river banks. Sometimes when the water is low it can be very shallow. Any ideas?

You should look into the structure.scan units. It will show you the bottom profile and warn you of any debris , trees stumps. Etc. Simrad lowrance garmin and hummimgbird all.offer these type units in all sizes and price ranges.
