B&G software update 3.6

Today I connected my B&G system to wifi and did the software update from version 53.1.108 to 54.1.85. Now I am getting a message that my autopilot is "Not Navigating". I guess this means the system no longer sees the autopilot. Has anyone else has this issue, or know how to fix it?

To answer my own question, after the update is complete and the system reboots, I had to do another restart before it recognized the autopilot. At least it was an easy fix.
