Anyone having problems with Navionics?

A week ago I bought the Navionics chart Arfica and Asia for my iPad.

I bought it because it included the South Pacific Islands? Clearly shows this in the description of area covered. Imagine my amazement when I found that the chart ends at the Phil Islands!!! So I email, twice and almost immediately received an automated reply saying that they were very busy but some one would contact me soon. No one has so I emailed again asking for repayment or fix. Still no reply. Been almost a week now, feel a little unhappy

Re: Anyone having problems with Navionics?

Another question for Navionics Mobile users - on 2 different iPad i lost downloaded charts many time, usually - it's happens when upgrade version, but at least ones - no updates installed long time.

Dou You know real algorithm used by this "navigation" program? in fact - now You must check all region, before leaving port.

This is main reason, why I never more use it for navigation

Re: Anyone having problems with Navionics?

I really can't understand - what's Navionics do?

they stop and remove Navionics PC App, but started cloud service not support routes and other information.

They have one of the best charts, but look like - they can't decide what to do next?

Classic device continuously removed by computers (slow, but permanent) - and try do all for make it slower as possible.

For example - GPS support special not included to Navionics PC and Removed by Garmin from HomePort

Or they haven't strategy at all, or those strategy - make a lot of cheap program as possible, with worst functional, but still cheap. And when classic marked die - make prof update. Like China Manufacturer.
