Alpha 3000 Autopilot Compass Sensor

While stowing gear, I accidentally bumped the cover of my autopilot compass sensor on my Alpha 3000 autopilot compass sensor. The cap was being held on by a piece of masking tape, (put on by the previous owner I would imagine) and the cap came off and the oil spilled.

I am not familiar with this unit and of course the manuel says nothing about the oil in the compass sensor. I could use some advice on this situation.

Is the oil a specific type?
How much oil goes in the cap?

Thanks in advance,

Bob

It's probably mineral oil same as a compass. You can call Alpha and ask. They still answer the phone last I knew.
