Looking for any help on getting a Raymarine AIS 250 to connect with a new to me C90W. Everthing on the C90W is working a ok.

Background the Ais has been working fine connected to my old C80.

The red light on the AIS flashes indicating a received signal. C90W port 2 connected and set at 38,400 baud. C90w software upgraded to 2.35. Voltage flashes up to 9.5 volts on the cable from the Ais to the C90W. Ais layers turned on.

Can anybody suggest anything to get the red Ais with a cross to disappear on the C90W and have the two connect.

Help is appreciated
