a Glass Helm marine PC based system?

I am slowly figuring out the new system for my brand new 50ft catamaran.

The cat has two posts aft, plus 2 LCD TVs (in salon and master cabin).

I plan to go with a "glass helm system"
- one marine PC (or blackbox plotter) to connect sensors/radar/AIS etc in the saloon
- 2 marine monitors per post (touch screen) - one for chart, one for all instruments (and chart/radar at night)
- mirror image to saloon TV and owner cabin TV

Separate Autopilot. Separate marine instument for depth per post.

Which way to go - PC (preferred) or blackbox chartplotter ($$$$)?
PC will be fit-pc (5 watts running!) or alike. One spare.

Which software?
Which radar?
