^^ OK, exactly what is Stop Fuel fluid that you are asking about?

I have never heard of it and going by the number of replies so far, I guess others haven't heard of it either.

Where does it go or what does it do?

There is no fuel shutoff device, valve or solenoid on this engine, unless it was added by someone other than Yanmar; the engine is shutdown mechanically via a governor/fuel pump linkage.




There is a valve on the factory supplied day tank, though that doesn't seem to be which you're referring. Good luck finding it if it is, it seems to be supplied integrally with the tank.



A good place to start is the factory parts manual.
