Re: "What make the perfect boat woman...perfect"

Bash-I think you and me do the same thing, we just call it different names. That you live in a commune and I live in a old traditional world makes no difference when we are afloat. We still get the job done.
And BTW- I am sorry if I hurt feelings when I stated the thread was doomed. What I meant was the original purpose of the tread, that of finding the ultimate perfection of a sailing woman, was doomed because of the differences everyone had about what constituted such a woman.
My perfect woman does something not even mentioned yet. She lets me type while looking at a computer screen for some undetermined length of time...

That's funny! I'm going to tell Wonderblond that you think we live in a commune... just as soon as she gets dinner on the table.

(Okay, Bash can joke too.)

Re: "What make the perfect boat woman...perfect"

At last I've found the perfect thread!! Now I can tell all about a lady that sails, stands watch, cooks scrumptious stuff, never pesters, sees beauty even when it rains, and loves fishing. She's also hot. Well, hot as in grandmother hot. Course I'm a grandfather so she's apples in my eyes.

No seriously this gal is a legend. She helped build our boat while having two babies, then raised them afloat, educating them along the way. I kid you not.

Introducing Mastermate Jude.

I get asked time and again, how do I get my lady to sail with me. I've my own thoughts on that. Just ask.

BTW: she's published a book. Practical Boat Bits and Tips - encapsulating all her clever ideas on managing a small ship.

Sense of adventure, fun, friendly, laid back, and not materialistic.

Also likes to fish in a bikini.

Sam may like to fish in a Bikini (yuck, fish slime down her wantables would put me off)
Here's a video of my lady in a wet T-shirt pulling in a feisty Dorado, Mahi Mahi, Dolphin fish, call it what you like.. Proves Jude was hot, Oops! Make that still is.

Yes she is.

Unfortunately soon will not be able to catch any fish in the Coral Sea according to the Australian Environment Minister. Great area but not during cyclone season.

You are definitely blessed and Sam is no comparison.

Sam OTOH, while likely not the marrying kind is a great fishing buddy. I mean you can tell by the way she holds a rod and all...

Hmmmmm, anything sounding familiar?

PS Yes, such men do exist. I'm lucky enough to have found one

good for you!
am happy for you girl!
where did you find him?

The best offer to be made by all, - everything is negotiable. It's all "on the table" and open for discussion. 'no ultimatums. All wants, needs and desires are taken seriously.
