Wet slip/marina pinellas/pasco

Hi all, looking for a wet slip for my 22 star wind. Need 2ft depth. Elect and water. Found some on the Cotee river for $200 but no water or electric and no facilities. Would like around Dunedin or Ozona but I think because I live in Pasco co that I am a non-resident? And non residents pay double in some marinas. Would like to keep it under $300 a month. Any suggestions or recommendations? Wouldn’t mind to take a shower and hang out after a day or weekend sail too. Thanks

forget Dunedin City Marina. even if you are a resident you will wait years for a slip there.

Re: Wet slip/marina pinellas/pasco

I would love to be in Ozona/Dunedin area! Was hoping someone would pipe up and have a recommendation for which one? The one adjacent to Ozona Blue looks decent? Or Marker 1 maybe, or Homeport? Anyone have experience or knowledge feel free to help. Prices/availability. Amenities, etc. Was eating at Miss Vicki's on the Anclote yesterday and remember how tough it is running that river with the big boats and not a no wake zone in places. Kids have horrible memories from the boat slamming rail-to-rail several times! Trying to avoid Tarpon springs for sure. What is the name of the little marina next to Ozona Blue?
