Help! I have been working on my
overheating problem and I cannot fix it. Here are the things I have done:
Changed impeller
Removed closed
water pump and inspected- no issues
Removed and inspected
raw water pump- no issues
Remove all
coolant and flush system- installed new
coolant
Installed new thermostat
There is great volume of
water coming out of
exhaust
Removed
heat exchanger cap to inspect tubes-no visible issues
When I run the
motor it gradually climbs to over 200degrees. There is about a 2-4 degree difference between
raw water in and out telling me that not enough heat is being drawn out of the
heat exchanger. Any help would be greatly appreciated
