Re: Weird Question- Swinger Propositions

To me.....the whole Swinger preposition seems flawed.

I am assuming that one extra curricular paring is more natural and attractive to each other than the passive pair.

So if you are basing this activity on the law of averages...... Half the time you will be dissatisfied !

Luckily my partner approves of my chosen mistress....... (The boat).... and is all in to threesome's

Maybe it's based on the theory "The Grass is Always Greener", on second thought, that brings up some icky imagery...

Alive, yes. Doing well, I wouldn't say that. It seems to attract some pretty sleazy people. I'm not condemning them all just saying that there are a lot of people doing it that you would definitely not want to be with. Seems to be more of a late middle age crisis thing. I've seen photos of some swingers' clubs that I would only enter wearing the protective gear for Ebola and even then not willingly.

Interesting things came of this discussion here on CF.
I never mentioned whether we said yes or no and many of you assumed either yes or no based on your own beliefs or desires.
It's about 1/2 & 1/2 pro and con. The cons are a lot easier to weed out.
One question that we've worked on but that remains here, if only consenting adults having safe sex are involved and their relationships were and remain rock solid, what harm is there?
Additionally might there not be some benefit from injecting a monsterous amount of teenged lust back into your somewhat stale yet comfortable realtionship of 20 years?
Presumably it mirrors your opinion of singles hooking up. If you find relations by singles outside of marriage abhorent, you probably find this abhorent. If you don't have an issue with singles hooking up, why would you be offended at 4 consenting adults choosing to do so (this does presume no one is being forced or pressured)?

It reminds me of an old saying: It doesn't matter where you get your appetite as long as you eat at home...

The problem is we love to go out o a good chinese buffet every so often, so does that mean.....

Viagra is keeping this activity alive and well. Even if the participants themselves are well past their "use by" dates.

Although originally swinging was a California thing, these days its hotbed (pun intended) is Florida. Seems that even the swingers prefer to retire there.

Re: Weird Question- Swinger Propositions

I'm a bit hurt and disappointed that my wife and I have never been propositioned like this.

Could it be that we don't have the right kind of anchor?

I'm thinking your anchor could use a little makeover.

Re: Weird Question- Swinger Propositions

Hey, pervy lurkers Hot, sailing, swinging woman here. Let's see how long it takes for some prude to report me.

"Swinging" aka "The Lifestyle" is alive and well. My husband and I have met literally thousands of couples from around the world at lifestyle resorts, cruises, conventions (really!) and local parties. If two are good, four is better. Six is...yummy. As long as all are consenting adults, a fantastic time can be had.

You know how you guys watch internet porn? Yeah, well, we get to live it. And no, we aren't unattractive trolls. People in the lifestyle tend to take much better care of their physical appearance than those who are not, because they know that they still need to impress. I'll bet that most of you need to drop 30 pounds (at least!) and shave that dead rat off your face, so watch the judgement. If somebody in the lifestyle wants to "play" with you, consider it a compliment.

Hubby and I are going to pull up the anchor in a few years and have been wondering how to continue to meet sexy couples while cruising. We NEED a cruisers swinging forum!

Now that's funny! Welcome to CF. You may want to plan on sticking with the locals wherever you cruise, have you seen the average cruising couple? Dead rat is right, if you're lucky!

Right after we settle the question of bluewater capable waterbeds vs. just plain coastal cots.

Re: Weird Question- Swinger Propositions

We were at Columbus Day Regatta then Fantasy Fest ....we call it site seeing..some good some bad. We have been propositioned many times, has to do with the size of the swimsuits or lack of.
