Weather as a Force Multiplier

Weather is and has been weaponized, if you think it cannot be done then completely read the White Paper before dismissing the concept out of hand.

This affects all of us one way or another.

Re: Weather as a Force Multiplier

That's interesting. It sounds like there is quite a bit of extremely advanced technology that many people are not aware of.

Electric fields preventing lightning strikes is something I've wanted at times. That aluminum pole in the middle of the boat looks awful high up there in a thunderstorm. Hard to accept that jumping off the boat seems like the next best option...

The Defense Department’s Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.

And there is more, much more.

https://home.solari.com/

First it was 21 Trillion, yes that is a Trillion with a "T", now the best estimate is 40 Trillion..

But where has all of them money gone? Think USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs) and of course corruption.

With unlimited resources, total secrecy and unaccountability to anyone what is being accomplished or done without you knowing about it.

In fiscal year 2015, the federal budget was about $3.8 trillion; yet the Army spent $6.5 trillion, without receipts, on top of properly accounted spending.
Hmmmm.

Yeah. The numbers don't quite add up, do they? And we're supposed to believe some random website with a text document that was SUPPOSEDLY written 23 years ago, but could have just as easily been made up last week by a bored teenager in his basement.

I could be wrong (of course), but this all seems to me to be getting way off into the realm of tin-foil hats.

(And, by the way, seems like this belongs in the "Off Topic" forum.)

Denial is not just a river in Africa

The documentation is there for anyone willing to look but of course it is easier to ignore the facts and believe it is not in my backyard so why should I care. It is also east to label something as a conspiracy theory rather that spend the time to research for yourself.

An excellent source is Catherine Austin Fitts https://home.solari.com/ also you can look up Dr. Mark Skidmore and the missing 21 trillion.

Both of these sources as unimpeachable.

Re: Weather as a Force Multiplier

Not really relevant to sailing and cruising and I am sure there are other forums more suitable for discussing defence budgets or changing weather weather patterns.
