So very sorry to hear of Bill's death. He will be greatly missed, not only by his family
but by his larger family -- the hundreds of MM enthusiasts who have heard his voice for many years.
While posted in Morocco
in the late 1970's I spoke with him many times on the UK Maritime Net. And, while on leave I had occasion to visit with him at his lovely home in Cobham in the late 1970's, and found him and his wife to be most gracious hosts.
RIP, Bill, and thanks for your untiring work to help mariners.
