Re: Twenty Eight Feet

Thanks for posting that one NoShoes, we really enjoyed it and find that it truly defines real crusing as we understand it to be. It is a keeper.

David Welsford responded when I contacted him after seeing it. His website was a pretty cool read as well, chronologically awkward as websites are want to be, but worth the effort. twentyeightfeet

Wonder where David and LIZZY BELLE are now, tried to contact with no luck as web site would freeze when I hit the contact option.

Re: Twenty Eight Feet

Looks like they were in Honduras 1/10 - check the news/blog entries. That's the latest I see.

He is on Facebook and he updates regularly. You can send him a friend request. I did and he accepted it within a day. They are in Mexico now. I have watched a number of his videos on Youtube and enjoy them all. I just really love his whole attitude and approach. He is so humble and incredibly grateful for the life he's living. He's very close to his parents and credits them with encouraging him to set out on this adventure. They join him to cruise frequently. He has also gotten a girlfriend since making the video, Sarah. She seems to be a completely likeminded spirit. Very cool young man. I would really love to meet him someday.
