Re: Titles we really want to see in CF

If two hulls are twice as good as one, are four hulls twice as good as two?

Going to sea with a spade rudder, or a hand grenade with a missing pin, which is more hazardous?

And the ones we have seen..
'Where can I buy a wobblegrommet?' ... no mention anywhere as to the OPs location.
'What sort of boat should I buy?'... once again no hints as to location or usage but that wont stop partisan warfare being waged over 500 posts. The OP quits the fray at about post #10
'Are boat type A better than boat type B?'... ditto
'Are spade rudders safe?' ditto dos
and so it goes on.....

then there is 'I am planning a long sea voyage...' ... where partisanship is abandoned for a good old unified 'letsbashtheOPfest'.....

Where can I find a 40-foot blue-water capable catamaran for under $40K? When I find it, what kind of gun and anchor should I carry on it?

This thread could be merged with...

This looks like the list of "current threads"

Otherwise known as topics we DON"T want to see - LOL...

"Bought an EPIRB - Do I still need a weather report?"
"Bought an EPIRB - Do I still need a bilge pump?"
"Bought an EPIRB - Do I still need a VHF radio?"
"Bought an EPIRB - - Do I still need sailing lessons?"
"Bought an EPIRB - Do I still need a brain?"

"Poor response - Ran out of sunblock - Pressed the EPIRB button - Coast Guard took 6 hours to arrive - Wife got a sunburn waiting"

Re: Titles we really want to see in CF

Why do CF'ers get snarky about EPIRB activatorw?

Libelous Gossip on CF!

Why won't this skipper do what I want?
