Everyone knows montague bikes are the best folding bikes.... To bad ours got stolen but.....

We actually caught our bike thief!

This is what we use now to lock up our bike. You need a torch to get through it

So do you have to go testify against the thief in court, or will they just use your statement and take it from there?

I do wonder what sort of penalty he'll get. Just a fine, or time in jail? A few hundred hours of community service might be nice. . . .

Non-violent thief? Florida likes long probation to extract fees from the cons.
Keeps them stealing to feed the judicial/penal system.

They don't call it, "Stealing a Car".

Car theft is called, "Taking a car without owner's permission" and it's a slap on the wrist.
