Sydney harbour anchoring

Anybody who uses or hopes to use the cityside Sydney harbour free anchorages in Blackwattle or Rozelle Bays should check out the NSW government's invitation to comment on their emerging precinct plan, see The Bays : Home. It would be a great loss if these great anchorages are lost to visiting sailors.

WHAT A LOAD OF SELF-SERVING PROPAGANDA! This is what developers say.

I wonder what the people of Sydney will say, some of whom would like to be able to anchor in Blackwattle and Rozelle Bays, with access to the Fish and veggie markets and the museums (Maritime and Powerhouse come to mind.)

The website does not speak of any benefits for yachties.
