Suggest a blog

I'm looking for suggestions of cruising bloggers that:

- Are out cruising (not planning/preparing/outfitting)

- Have been outside their home country for LESS than 2 years

Post a link to a blog here that you enjoy that fits these criteria OR suggest yourself (please!) if you do. You can also email me at iwac.project@gmail.com

Why? I'm looking for more interviewees for Newly Salted interviews.

PS - If you, or someone you know, has been cruising outside your/their home country for MORE than 2 years, you can also volunteer or suggest someone for an IWAC interview instead.

Re: Suggest a blog

Looks like you have some interesting writings worth perusing for certain. As to your request, does the pre-cruising sailing background or lack there of matter?

Not at all. These interviews are not intended to be with "sailing experts" but instead with "real people" who are out cruising.

Share your favorite newly salted/newly off the dock bloggers! Just put a link to their blog here and I'll do the rest.

Re: Suggest a blog

We have just begun! We are just over 2 months in, we started in Poland and are now in the Netherlands. The plan is the world, but I have promised as far as Portugal! Although it looks like we will continue as planned. I was a reluctant sailor who has been bitten hard by the bug!

You can find us at

Books Boats & Babes – A writer, her family and their boat Falkor

Also the FB group Kids 4 Sail might be a good place to look for people.

Best!
