Shipmate stove valve and thermocouples still unsolved

We have our Bermuda 40 back from its extensive overhaul but they still were unable to find the right valve for the oven. Anyone have any suggestions for repairing this 1975 era shipmate stove or where we can find parts? Hinckley suggested replacing it with a new force 10 model stove , but it is quite a bit smaller and would require rebuilding the cabinetry which we would really prefer not to do. Thanks for any suggestions!

Photos would help.

In general, older ovens and ranges can be refitted with separate thermostatic valves and thermocouple safties from a commercial supplier. Here's a common, reasonably priced universal fit thermostatic oven valve, for example:

The same web site has a variety of safeties for sale.

Thanks for the link...We are also feeling a bit afraid of using this stove that sat idle for many years, and frustrated that a new Force 10 model would be a few inches smaller than the cabinetry hole. But FYI, here are a couple of pictures. And wonder what the majority of cruisers would do - and we do plan to do a lot of cruising...fix or replace?
