If you decide to sell, having the boat on the farm will put you at a serious disadvantage vs. more accessible boats. If it were a supremely desirable model kept in mint condition during a raging seller's market you might not suffer too hard a penalty. Do you have a barn or structure you can keep the boat inside? Or can you "tent" it the way Yankees do their boats for the winter? Maybe you have a barn cat who'll take on the responsibility of keeping your boat free of vermin.
