Really appreciating the great support from forum members AND commercial outfits!

I've certainly received a lot of help here just from the members.

But I have had a couple of experiences with commercial vendors today that just left me grinning ear-to-ear!

I've been in contact with Marlow-Hunter over email. Had a few questions pertaining to my boat.
The guy... Mike... who I've been in contact with... he's one really cool dude

He's helped me out 3 times so far, and has sent me 3 files about the boat and rigging.
This last time I didn't even ask for something... I just thanked him for the 2nd file, mentioned that most of it was great but through the scanning process, the pictures didn't show up too well... but that it was not a problem because I got what I really wanted with the diagrams.

He fired back yet ANOTHER email and file with the full-color brochure this time!
I really liked reading through it!
.
.
Also today... I reached out by email to Mercury about my 9.9 2-stroke.
I was hoping for some input on correct prop sizes.
I sent them the serial number of the motor, information on my boat, and they sent me an email within a couple of hours with a bit of info!
.
.
Now... I'm not the President or anything like that... but I sure feel like the commercial sector is bending over backwards to make me happy!
