HEY PARDENER.
If you check the profile you will find Mr Millar has been on the forum for seven years so unlikely to be a Nigerian scammer.

Hi Jeff,

You might want to spell out in a little more detail how you see this deal working out. You mention what you need help with on the boat but what rights, equity or whatever will the partner earn for his/her contribution?

Just so I'm clear to Mr. Millar and our other members here. I was sincere in the above post. My first boat, a Van Da Stat 30 was with a good friend as a partner and I can tell you each of us had different ideas. After a few years we sold the boat but remained friends with the knowledge that we wouldn't do that again. It was a good lesson.
Even if you had to work two jobs for a year or so, the benefit of being sole owner would allow you the choice of who is on the boat and for how long.
