FOR SHARING :
I tried since 5 days to resolve the same problem on a X10HD 3g Teclast chinese tablet with a Broadcom f*ck**g gps
inside. No sleep, cafeine and near of nervous breakdown !!!
This tablet is dual boot w10 and Android 4.4.4 and since today only the gps
on Android worked well (very very well extremly quick and stable with gps, glonass beidou etc ...)
On the windows part i tried too Localizer Centrafuse
wich worked only some minutes and lost
the gps signal ... I réinstall it three times ... same problem ...
AND with the free Gnss DataInterface
i finally resolve this problem see here the message befor mine
TO EXPLAIN WHAT I MADE i wanted to run with OpenCpn
the marine navigation software
: on Android part of the tablet it works fine with the GPS but the windows version of Open Cpn
seems more stable, is in french (i make this work for a french friend who dont speak any english) and with many plugins not implemented yet on Android
When i opened the Windows part of the tablet i had a COM1 open at 9600 bauds wich don't worked for OpenCpn. So i made on GNSSDataInterface a COM6 open and made on Com0com a virtual pair Com5 with COM6. On open CPN
i open a COM6 at 9600 bauds AND IT WORKS FINE !!
Sensordiagnotictool is nice to test the sensors as the gps : i found it when i installed Localizer and, as it is a part of the windows developpent kit, i keep it before desinstall Localizer. For Localizer i assume i am not so experienced to understand why it don't work fine: i am sure i made a wrong thing but i don't know wich one. If it worked fine my friend had paid the shareware.
Sorry for my poor language ! I hope this will help someone !
