Re: Not selling, so increase the price!

What does it matter? If you like the boat make an offer. The asking price isn't really relevant.

I bought a cabin that had been on the market for over a year. The seller had recently raised the asking price, but I just ignored that fact and made an offer based on what I thought it was worth relative to others in the area. We made a deal and I bought it below the original price.

They can list it at any price they want and you can offer anything you want. The two shouldn't be related.
