just read a little article regarding a "new coating" for barnacle free sailing
"IEE coatings and surface engineering 360". as I read it I thought of the "bottom paint " I had purchased ($$$) finally ending up using free latex paint scrounged from friends who had houses. I figured I pull it out 1 a year it was cheaper and less toxic.. but I digress... this new paint sounds interesting.. just in case anyone is interested
