Madagascar with dog on board?


Hi - anyone have any up to date info on whether we can take our dog to Madagascar? Noonsite has:


"Pets must have fully updated vaccines and an official record must be shown on arrival. Even with all arrangements made, pets may not be allowed to land."


Just looking for some up to date info - we'd be checking in at Hellville.
