Looking for Family interested in joining our Family to go cruising!

Hello we are curious if there are any like minded couples or families out there interested in jointly getting a Sailboat and casting off? We have money and not interested soley just for monetary support and teaming but just thought that if we bought a 50' plus boat that together sharing to duties we could team up to keep it in Bristol condition and have a team tyoe of mentality towards it. Obviously we know that the dynamics would have to work fluid between our families but we are interested in exploring the possibilities. I think that as long as things are communicated well and everything was open and on the table that it could b e done. Including making it easy for changes to be made like if one family decided that they did not want to go on. Anyway let me know if anyone is interested in exploring this further. My family is Christian and it is my wife and I and our three children, my 8 year old boy named Austin, our 4 year old girl named Addisynn and a 5 month old boy named Parker. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Personally I think you would be better off with your own family on a 40ft.+ boat. JMHO.

Re: Looking for Family interested in joining our Family to go cruising!

i have 63 ft yacht in need of a refit.
as a family of 4 we might be interested in doing something mutually beneficial on another circumnavigation, with the aim of supporting charities/missions in the 3rdworld during the voyage.
a fairly substantial investment would be required to get the project up and running, but should be self funding once underway through charitable donations and grants from aid agencys.
though not christians we are practasing humanists.
please pm atoll
