I am looking for a cheap place where to keep my 10 meter sail boat out of the water for minimum 6 months here in New Zealand.

I would say your best bet is Opua or Whangarei.

Or further south. Wellington, Lyttelton Napier all loads cheaper for haulout and stand than City of Sails
