Lesser Antillies

I'm going to be in Aruba next January. I've got a few extra days, so instead of flying straight to Aruba, I though I'd stop at least on one other island on my way down. I'm thinking something south of the Virgin Islands, which I've done before.

Any suggestions about a favorite island? It needs to have an airport that I can catch a flight to Aruba on.

Never mind. I had to book my flight. Any suggestions on things to do in Aruba are welcome though!
